What you need to know
We offer 2 types of tour; a shared tour where you can book from 1 to 12 places on a tour which you will share with other guests and the price is per person. Or you can book a private tour where you pay for the whole catamaran.
Please use our booking system or contact us via WhatsApp or email
We operate from the Santa Ponsa Bay, the exact location can be found on the ‘Contact Us’ page.
We accept cash or card onboard, you will pay at the end of the tour.
A tapas meal is included, drinks are charged separately. We have a selection of soft drinks and alcoholic drinks for you to order onboard. The price of the tour covers your crew, use of the toilet, insurance, fuel, use of the paddleboards, inflatables and snorkel equipment.
A light tapas selection is on offer and prepared for you while on anchor. Longer private tours will have some additional post-swim snacks. We can easily cater for vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free and other diets. Please communicate any dietary requirements when booking the tour.

You can cancel the tour up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within this time frame or if you don't show up to your tour you will be charged the full price of the tour. Changing the number of guests also needs to be done outside of the 24 hour window. You will need to provide a card number when making the reservation. This card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no show.
Cancellations due to weather are at the discretion of the captain. Tours will only be cancelled in the event of storms, high waves or heavy rain. Mallorca has a variable climate and often the general forecasts you see online are not specific to our operating area. You will be contacted incase of changes or cancellations so please provide accurate contact information and look out for messages regarding your tour in the days prior to your booking.

You will need to arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the time of the tour. Please leave plenty of time to find parking and walk to the meeting point (this can take time in peak summer). You will then be collected in a small dingy and transported to the catamaran, after a safety talk we will begin the journey! We will anchor in a bay where you can use all the water toys and then eat some tapas before heading back to Santa Ponsa where you will pay for the tour at the end. Finally, you will be taxied back to the shore via the dingy and we will hope to see you again!
We always try to! We love to get the sails out and do it whenever possible. However we need a certain amount of wind in a suitable direction, so sometimes it is not possible. But we promise, if it’s possible we will try!
If you have booked onto a shared tour unfortunately we cannot wait for late arrivals. Please make adequate arrangements for taxis and finding parking. A late arrival is considered a no-show and you will be charged accordingly. If you booked a private tour we can wait for you but we cannot extend the tour to compensate for missed time due to lateness.
Please contact us to discuss any concerns regarding mobility or any medical conditions.
You can pre-order a Mallorcan dessert/cake called an ‘ensaimada’ for €30 which will be served after the tapas. We can also decorate the boat with prior notice, please specify the celebration when making the booking.
No worries! We’ll have google translate ready, and we’ve already learnt the most important word in many languages; cheers, salud, prost, santé, cin cin, skål!
Yes, there is a toilet. Please don’t put toilet paper or hygiene products in the toilet, please use the bin.
Yes! For the shared 4.5 hour tour, children 12 years and under pay €79. Infants under 1 year old come onboard for free (with proof of age due to maritime regulations).
Yes, the designated smoking area is at the back of the boat at the table only. Vaping can be done anywhere on the boat providing it doesn’t bother other guests.
Just a few for safety! Please don’t walk in the interior of the boat wet, the floor gets slippy and dangerous. Please sit on your towel before sitting on the white deck, bean bags or cushions.
While we take every precaution to accommodate guests with food allergies, we operate in a small galley environment where cross-contamination may occur. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies are advised to notify us at least 72 hours in advance and carry any necessary emergency medication (e.g., EpiPens) as we don't carry these on board.
